The Journey So Far

Currently, the Ghana Muslim Mission has 166 schools at all levels including Kindergarten, Primary, Junior High, Senior High and College of Education. In our schools, Muslim pupils/students have access to offer their five times daily prayers, practice Islam and are tolerant to non-Muslims.

We provide sponsorship for brilliant but needy students. This was initiated to produce more Muslim professionals in various fields of endeavor such as Medicine, Engineering, Law, Theology, Teaching, and other professions. We also provide solidarity support for Reverts especially when they are being rejected by their families because of their conversion.

The organization also provides support for the poor and the needy especially orphans, aged, widows, and people living with disability.

We equip vulnerable youth with skills to enable them venture into entrepreneurship to help them have a livelihood.

The Organization provides Masjids and boreholes to deprived communities as well as other social amenities as our contribution towards national development.

We also undertake Da’wah programs publicly and on electronic and social media platforms, printing and publication of books such as “Jesus and Muhammed are Brothers in Islam”, and the translation of the entire Qur’an into a local Ghanaian language (Asante-Twi).

We engage in medical outreach and health screening.

We have also been successful in engaging in advocacy for the constitutional rights of Muslims in Ghana.
